Overview
Hume Band 2.0 is a screenless wearable designed to track everyday wellness, sleep, activity, and recovery trends without putting notifications on your wrist. It pairs with the Hume Health app and uses optical sensors to collect signals such as heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, sleep stages, movement, strain, and recovery.
One of the Band's practical strengths is its low-maintenance design. Hume states that the device can provide up to 14 days of battery life per charge and carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The adjustable fabric-style band is intended for day-and-night wear, while the app organizes recorded data into scores and longer-term trends rather than requiring users to interpret every raw measurement themselves.
The standard Hume Health app provides access to core metrics, while optional Premium features may add AI-powered coaching and deeper personalized analysis. Some of Hume's more advanced metrics — including blood-pressure insights, biological-age-style indicators, Pace of Aging, and Metabolic Momentum — should be understood as wellness-oriented estimates or directional trends rather than clinical measurements or diagnoses.
ℹ️ Important: Hume Band 2.0 is a consumer wellness wearable, not a medical diagnostic device. Blood-pressure insights and other health-oriented scores should not replace a validated medical device, professional diagnosis, or advice from a healthcare provider. Features, app availability, pricing, and subscription options may change; verify current details before purchasing.
